Spacecraft or space genius? What appears to be a hovering spaceship is actually the Monona Terrace Community Center designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1938. Steeped in controversy, construction didn't begin until 1995 and was completed in 1997 -- 60 years after the plans were first presented to the town. It's now a powerful testimony to Wright's spatial genius.
