Kentucky is famous for its Horses, Bluegrass, and "Kentucky Bourbon," made with at least 51% corn, aged in virgin white oak, charred casks (shown here), and preferably made with Kentucky limestone water. Otherwise it's just plain whiskey, not "Kentucky Bourbon."
